Skullcap is a premier nervine, sedative, and hypnotic known for its calming effects on the central nervous system. Can be used to soothe tension and nervousness in moments of high stress, or to build resilience of the nervous system over time. 
 
Skullcap can also be used as a remedy for tension headaches, as well as reduce tension and menstrual cramps due to its antispasmodic qualities.
